SEMINARS

I have delivered seminars to national and regional conferences of insurance buyers and insurance sellers.  My seminars to the insurance industry have been approved for Continuing Education throughout the United States.  The location of the seminars include San Diego, New Orleans, Las Vegas, St. Petersburg, Williamsburg, Nashville, Charleston, and Toronto, Canada.

The list of available seminars include:

Property Leases & Insurance Problems:

A three-hour seminar addressing issues created by property leases, property in custody, and limitations in insurance contracts restricting coverage for these exposures.  These issues are very complex and poorly understood by the insurance industry.  The seminar identifies the problems and provides solutions for the insurance buyer.

This seminar is directed to experienced insurance industry personnel, attorneys, property owners, etc.  The material is quite complex.

This session can be approved for insurance industry Continuing Education Credit.

Risk Assessment:

A two hour seminar addressing risk assessment strategy for commercial firms.  This program is intended for the insurance buyer.   It has been delivered to national conferences meeting in Las Vegas and Nashville.  The seminar participant evaluations were very high.
